5. Resources for Your Facility
A copy of the written exam and answer key — aligned with the LLAM test bank and revised to improve clarity — will be provided to the Director of Nursing for use during recertification.

About the Instructor

Hi, I’m RuthAnn, an Independent Nurse Consultant and the Board-Approved LLAM Instructor Trainer in the state of Delaware. I train Facility Registered Nurses to become official LLAM Instructors and have extensive experience supporting long-term care facilities in meeting compliance and quality standards.

This course was designed to make the recertification process easier for both staff and leadership — providing Med Techs with the clear, confident review they need, and giving your facility a ready-made solution that respects your team’s time.

Important Note for Employers

This course fulfills the review and preparation portion of the annual LLAM recertification process.

To complete the full requirement, your facility must:

• Proctor the written exam (provided with your purchase)
• Assign a qualified Observer to complete the annual Medication Administration Competency for each Med Tech

These final steps remain the responsibility of the employing Assisted Living Facility.
