Start with a fifteen-minute call.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to work out what you are actually dealing with.
A regulation being read two different ways. Training that is not holding. A quality program that looks fine on paper. Or something you cannot name yet, which is often how this starts.
By the end of the call you will know whether this is a question we can answer in an hour, a piece of work that needs more than that, or something outside what we do.
Some questions are finished in an hour.
A regulation read correctly and applied to your building. A Plan of Correction looked over before it goes back. A policy that needs to say what the regulation actually requires. A training plan that needs a second set of eyes.
If that is what you need, we book an hour, you bring the material, and you leave with an answer.
If the hour turns out to be the beginning of something larger, the fee is credited in full against that work. Nobody pays twice for the same hour. And if it answers the question outright, that is the end of it.
Which one it is gets worked out on the free call, not here.
Bring the thing itself.
The regulation, the citation, the policy, the Plan of Correction, the training schedule, the survey results. Whatever the question sits on.
An hour spent finding the problem is an hour not spent solving it.
This is not a sales call and it is not an audit.
Treversal operates on a simple standard: honest advice, even when honest means telling you to look elsewhere.
Nobody is going to go looking for problems in order to quote you on them. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is the answer you will get.
